Leonard is a first generation American, U.S. Army Green Beret, Academic, and Public Policy Expert.

Leonard’s international policy experience include: Leading cross-cultural negotiations and discussions to improve cooperation; Developing national and regional security policies to protect the populace; Establishing leadership programs to improve decision-making and organizational practices; Synchronizing the implementation of multi-agency programs that enhanced the lives all citizens; Conducting no-notice counterterrorist  missions to protect U.S. interests overseas and to repatriate U.S. citizens; and Protecting critical infrastructure nodes to preserve the political and economic momentum of communities.

Leonard earned his education from California Lutheran University (Master of Public Policy and Administration); Arizona State University Thunderbird (Global Master of Business Administration); Excelsior University (BS in Liberal Arts, Area and Ethnic Studies); U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (Special Forces Qualification Course, Psychological Operations Specialist Course); Academy of Competitive Intelligence (Master of Competitive Intelligence™); and the Defense Language Institute and Foreign Language Center (18-month Arabic Language Course). He is currently enrolled in Northeastern University’s Doctor of Law and Policy program. 

Leian’s humble beginning of growing up on a farm keeps her grounded and appreciative of opportunities that have been presented to her. 

At the age of 28, Leian Harosky worked at a U.S. Embassy in an Islamic country that required a security clearance and vital technical training where she interfaced with high-level US government officials, as well as with members of the local community. 

Leian Harosky is the Principal Broker and Owner of Harosky Homes, LLC, with strategic offices in Oahu, San Diego, and Las Vegas. 

As the result of her dedication, excellent customer service, and hard work in her field, she has been recognized as the “Top Realtor of Oahu”, as well as honored with the “Hawaii Women Who Mean Business” award. 

To help the community, Leian serves as the President of Helping Ohana, a non-profit organization that collaborates with other charities to help the less fortunate. 

Leian speaks Tagalog, Mandarin, Malay, and Indonesian.  

Dr. David Carroll has 20+ years of US Government experience where he managed business units up to 2,500 people. 

As a business developer, David created 12 business lines in eight countries in Asia, including China, from concept to profitability. 

As an organizational consultant, David developed high-performance leadership skills for two multi-national companies, and regional companies in North and Central America, Asia, and the Middle East.

David earned his education at Columbia Pacific University (Ph.D. in Educational Administration), University of Southern California (Master in Education), National University (Master in Human Behavior), and University of California, Los Angeles (BA in Chemistry).  

Jason Sturgis served 20 years in the US Army reaching the rank of Master Sergeant. Jason served in key leadership and staff positions in the 82nd Airborne Division as well as USASOC and USSOCOM elements.

Jason has an additional 12 years experience in multiple business management positions, including Program Manager, COO, and CEO where he expanded market share, revenue and profitability of a successful federal government contracting firm. Jason’s extensive military leadership experience and training greatly shaped his success as a business leader.

Jason earned an MBA and MA in International Relations from Webster University and an Executive Leadership certificate from Cornell University. He holds certifications in Program Management, Proposal Management, Compliance and Ethics. Jason’s military awards include the Legion of Merit and Bronze Star.
