Importance

Water is critical to human life, industry, and to the national political and economic momentum. Without water, we can only live 3-5 days. Without water, we cannot grow crops or raise animals.

Implication

Research shows that our adversaries target U.S. critical infrastructure for infiltration or destruction. As a matter of fact, foreign hackers have successfully attacked the industrial control systems of several U.S. water districts, that if were not caught in time, would have caused long-term health problems and/or fatalities.

Solution
